Details

Assesses the impact of proposed legislative changes to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. This is part of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill.

The proposed changes will require trade unions to provide annual assurance that their membership registers are accurate and up-to-date, so far as is reasonably practicable.
