  1. New Welsh version added

  2. Following the Chief Magistrate’s ruling in August, we are expecting the rest of the impacted cases to be listed for hearings between Thursday 28 November and Monday 16 December 2024 at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

  3. Removed reference to list of train companies being subject to minor amendments. This list is now finalised.

  4. Updated Welsh version added

  5. C2C added to list of train operators and a note added confirming that the list may be subject to minor amendments and will be updated on Tuesday 27 August 2024,

  6. Update added following Chief Magistrate judgment. ‘What happens next?’ and ‘Action we are taking’ sections removed as superseded by the updated section published on 15 August 2024.
