Details

Sellafield Ltd’s training programmes shall provide the capability to deliver a standardised and consistent programme of safe, accelerated and environmentally responsible decommissioning of the nuclear legacy with due regard to the impact on communities affected by our operations.

All employees shall be provided with the training and development necessary to perform to the standards required to achieve safe, secure, reliable and predictable delivery of decommissioning, reprocessing and nuclear waste management activities consistent with the mission, vision and values of the company.
