Details

In November 2020, government announced a commitment to end the sale of new petrol and diesel petrol and diesel vehicles by 2030, and that all new cars and vans will be required to be fully zero emission at the tailpipe by 2035.

This delivery plan sets out investment and policy initiatives to help meet our phase out dates, including significant milestones and how we will monitor progress.
