Details

The Minister for Local Government, Kris Hopkins, has written to the Leader of Rother district council regarding apparent failings in transparency and the accountability of local decisions about the pay and reward of staff.

The minister urges Rother to take immediate remedial action, and until this has happened, the authorities funding for transparency work will be affected.
