Details
The franchise agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and First TransPennine Express Limited dated 22 December 2015.
The contract with First Trans Pennine Express Ltd was announced by the Transport Minister on 23 December 2015.
This agreement replaces the previous TransPennine Express 2012 franchise agreement.
