The direct award services contract between the Secretary of State for Transport, DfT OLR Holdings Limited and TransPennine Trains Limited dated 26 May 2023, with a core term of 25 May 2025 and a possible extension to 30 May 2027.

This contract replaces First TransPennine Express Limited 2021 national rail contract.

These documents form part of the Public Register of Rail Passenger Contracts.
