Research report exploring the issues of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within the UK infrastructure sector. The transport sector currently suffers from poor workforce diversity, particularly gender equality. The report acknowledges the inherent difficulty for organisations wanting to improve EDI through workplace interventions and suggests improvements by:

  1. Collecting, analysing and widely discussing EDI data.
  2. Experimenting, learning and re-adjusting approaches over time.

This research report was commissioned by Strategic Transport Apprenticeship Taskforce.
