Details
The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- vary the operator licence held by Travel Express Ltd T/A Let’s Go so that the maximum number of vehicles that can be used at any one time under the licence is reduced from 20 to 15, with immediate effect and for an indefinite period of time
- aviod Kishan Chumber’s loss of repute as transport manager by putting in place 2 actions to be completed by 29 February 2020 as detailed in written decision
- fine the operator an amount of £6000 for failure to operate according to the timetable registered with the Traffic Commissioner
- add 2 undertakings to the licence as detailed in the written decision
