This document contains the following information: Treaty of amity and cooperation in Southeast Asia as amended by the first protocol amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, 1987, the second protocol amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia 1998 and the third protocol amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia, 2010: Denpasar, Bali 24 February 1976; Manila 15 December 1987; Manila, 25 July 1988; Han Noi, Vietnam, 23 July 2010.

The Treaty and three amending Protocols entered into force for the United Kingdom on 12 July 2012. This Treaty and Protocols were previously published as Miscellaneous No. 8 (2007) Cm 7196 and Miscellaneous No. 3 (2012) Cm 8294.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
