   THP scheme 2023 terms and conditions updated as follows: new clause added - 4.6. Added the following clauses in Annex 2B: 2.3, 2.7, 4.14, 5.19, 6.1.6, 6.1.7, 6.1.8, 6.1.9. Replaced 4.13 with a new clause.
