UK and North Carolina co-operation and trade memorandum of understanding

Memorandum of understanding (MOU) on co-operation and trade relations between the US state of North Carolina and the United Kingdom, signed on 20 July 2022.

Details

This MOU builds on the strong existing relationship between the UK and North Carolina. It sets out mutual goals and activities to strengthen our economic ties in the transition to a clean energy economy. It provides a framework to address trade barriers, increase investment, and enhance business networks. It also supports efforts to address climate change by seeking to accelerate the deployment of clean energy and technology.
