This memorandum of understanding (MoU) establishes a new framework to guide and enhance the bilateral partnership of the UK and Palestinian governments, and increase their international cooperation over the coming years.

Foreign Secretary David Lammy and Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa sign a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding in London on 28 April 2025.
