UK-Australia Humanitarian Partnership Arrangement

The UK and Australia announced a refreshed Humanitarian Partnership Arrangement during Foreign Secretary David Cameron's visit to Australia in March 2024.

This was published under the 2022 to 2024 Sunak Conservative government

Details

The Partnership Arrangement sets out how the UK and Australia can work together to strengthen international humanitarian action when preparing for and responding to crises. This includes disasters resulting from natural hazards, and slow onset or protracted crises, notably related to food insecurity and conflict.
