The UK European Consumer Centre offers free and impartial advice on cross-border purchase of goods and services. The UK European Consumer Centre is part of the European Commission’s Consumer Centre Network.

This notice confirms that the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has named the Trading Standards Institute (TSI) as the host of the UK European Consumer Centre.
