These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.
The complaint is from 3 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) stating that GCM Resources, a UK company, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
The 3 NGOs are:
- Inclusive Development International (IDI),
- Equitable Cambodia (EC)
- Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (LICADHO)
The complaint will go forward for mediation or further examination.
