3. Item 1: Welcome and Introductions
The Chairman welcomed the new Steering Board and introductions were made.
4. Item 2: UK NCP Introductory Presentation
The UK NCP gave an introductory presentation, providing an overview of the OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises and the work of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) to the new Steering Board.
5. Item 3: NCP Steering Board Experiences – Departing Steering Board member
A former UK NCP external board member provided the new Steering Board with his reflections of his service on the board.
6. Item 4: Q&A
There was an opportunity for the newly appointed Steering Board to ask questions of the UK NCP, the chair of the Steering Board, the UK NCP Secretariat and the departing Steering Board member. Discussion was held on the role of the Steering Board and its functions.
7. Item 5: Forward Look
A forward look towards the next Steering Board meeting was discussed.

The Steering Board were thanked for their contributions.
