The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (SBEE) requires the Government of the day to publish a Business Impact Target (BIT) in respect of qualifying regulatory provisions that come into force or cease to be in force during a Parliament.

For the 2020-2021 reporting period the UK Space Agency has published:

  • a summary statement of non-qualifying regulatory provisions

The Agency had no qualifying regulatory provisions for this reporting period.
