Tech Competitiveness Study (TCS), which was launched in June 2019 during London Tech Week, examines ways to strengthen the UK’s position as a leading destination to start, run and scale a digital business.

The study has been authored by an independent expert panel, made up of Cindy Rose (Microsoft), Avid Larizadeh Duggan (Kobalt Music Group and Barclays), Stephen Coleman (Codebase), Suzanne Ashman and Julia Hawkins (LocalGlobe). The panel were appointed as leading figures in the UK tech sector.
