The privacy information is available to download for use or display in sexual health and HIV services in England.

The privacy notice gives details on how the de-personalised data that we collect from sexual health and HIV services is used by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) to fulfil our remit from the government.

Information is also available regarding the legal basis and confidentiality controls for the surveillance data collected by UKHSA on sexually transmitted infections and HIV.
