The Victims’ Commissioner, Baroness Newlove, published her report Still living a nightmare: Understanding the experiences of victims of antisocial behaviour, on 9 September 2024.

The report looked at:

  • the experiences of victims of persistent antisocial behaviour
  • the provision of support for such victims
  • best practice in supporting victims
  • the barriers victims encounter when reporting and engaging with agencies

The government’s response sets out:

  • the actions the government will take to meet the Commissioner’s recommendations
  • cross-government work to improve support for victims
