Details

Through their respective delegations to the Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting (ATCM), the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) and their respective National Antarctic Programmes, the UK and Chile have identified priority areas for closer Antarctic cooperation up to 2022.

The Statement was initialled by the respective Heads of the UK and Chilean ATCM Delegations and CCAMLR Commissioners in Santiago, Chile on 17 January 2017.
