United Utilities Water Limited: application made to abstract water

United Utilities Water Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for three new transfer licences.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for three licences to abstract water from surface water at National Grid Reference (NGR) SD 25 80 to transfer it to surface water at NGR SD 25 79, from surface water at NGR SD 25 78 to transfer it to surface water at NGR SD 24 78 and from surface water at NGR SD 24 78 to transfer it to surface water at NGR SD 25 78 without intervening use.
Abstraction will take place all year.
