Details

This report evaluates the impact of Universal Credit on employment and earnings. It concentrates on the latest data for over 8,000 single unemployed claimants who made a new claim between July 2013 and September 2014 in all of the first 10 pathfinder offices. It also describes improvements made to the research methodology and data.

This is a follow up to the report Universal Credit: estimating the early labour market impacts published in February 2015. It is part of a longer-term and broader body of plans for evaluating the implementation, delivery and impact of Universal Credit.
