Details

In accordance with the protocol that is in place between the Ministry of Justice and His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons a response concerning HMP Wandsworth is due by 6 June 2024.

We have provided an update to the Chief Inspector, however, as we are in the pre-election period, there are restrictions on what we can publish. For this reason, it is not possible to publish an action plan and full response letter in the usual way.
