Guidance for UK companies exporting military goods to the United States. The US-UK Defence Trade Co-operation Treaty requires movement of US defence articles to be within an approved community. This document specifies what steps UK companies need to do if re-transferring or re-exporting such items to non-approved community entities either in the UK or overseas.
