We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:

Whether prosecution agencies (ie CPS) and Enforcement/ Prosecution agencies (ie HMRC) stand to benefit from the 06/07 schemes. If so, how much of the 50% share will they receive?

If known, how long will does the Home Office envisage the incentivisation scheme lasting?

Can I have the breakdown of the £96 million recovered from criminals between confiscation cases, cash seizure cases and civil recovery?
