The Compliance Audit System is the programme Homes England uses to gather the information necessary to administer its Compliance Audit Programme.
The system is a web-based module of the Investment Management System (IMS), which users access through a standard web browser.
This guidance covers how to access and use the Compliance Audit system and includes short YouTube video guides which talk users through how to enter and update information.
The system is available from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Users will be logged out of the Compliance Audit system after 30 minutes of inactivity.
