The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by V Larkin Limited with effect from 18 February 2019
- disqualify Vincent Christopher Larkin for a period of 2 years with effect from 18 February 2019 from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being a director that does so
- refuse the application made by On Point Construction Limited for an operator’s licence
