  1. On the graph, the number of cases has been amended in the vertical axis.

  2. On page 6, under typhoid vaccines and second paragraph, hepatitis B was updated to hepatitis A. It now reads "Alternative vaccines Typherix and Hepatyrix (combined hepatitis A and typhoid vaccine) manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline".
