The Foreign and Commonwealth Office 2014 Human Rights and Democracy Report was published today (12 March) by Foreign Secretary Phillip Hammond at an event in London hosted by Baroness Anelay.
As in previous years, the report is structured around our six global human rights priorities: women’s rights, prevention of torture, freedom of expression on the internet, freedom of religion or belief, business and human rights, and abolition of the death penalty.
The UK’s human rights priorities in Vietnam are freedom of expression and the abolition of the death penalty.
