The Traffic Commissioner made order to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Viviago Limited with effect from 23:45 on 11 March 2019
  • disqualify Viviago Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 18 months
  • disqualify Viviago Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 18 months
  • record a formal warning to Steven Logan as to his future conduct
