The VMD received the following FOI requests in the first six months of 2017. Of the 41 requests:
- 16 sought information about certain veterinary medicinal products
- 6 sought information relating to the work of our Enforcement Team
- 5 were requests related to our information and communications technology (ICT) arrangements
- 4 sought Corporate information
- 3 were requests for information about certain residues
- 3 were requests for information about Pharmacovigilance
- 2 were requests for information relating to the work of our Inspections Team
- 1 was a request for information relating to the work of our Antimicrobial Resistance Team
- 1 was a request for information about the Veterinary Products Committee (VPC)
