This report outlines the UK government’s work towards the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPs) during 2020. As a member of the Voluntary Principles Initiative (VPI), the UK is required to produce an annual update report every year and a full report every three years on its work.

The UK is committed to developing and implementing of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights, including the work of the Voluntary Principles Initiative in priority countries.
