Details

If you cannot submit your return online, you can email it using this spreadsheet. Before you complete it save the file to your device. Right-click and select the ‘save as’ option. Then open and complete it.

If your completed spreadsheet is a very large file you may need to zip it. Then the email will deliver successfully.

Email national-operator-returns@environment-agency.gov.uk if you have problems sending your return.

The Environment Agency requires returns for sites in England. Send your returns for sites in Wales to Natural Resources Wales.
