Details

The first two letters (31 January 2018) are from the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to the Chair of Ofwat, outlining concerns regarding the financial behaviours of some water companies, and a response outlining how Ofwat will address these concerns.

The 3rd and 4th letters (9 and 18 April 2018) are from the Chair of Ofwat to the Secretary of State, setting out Ofwat’s proposals to address these financial behaviours, and the Secretary of State’s reply offering his full support.

The 2 letters from Ofwat have been scanned, and we regret that they do not meet, in full, our normal standards for accessibility.
