The Environment Agency has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs a Scheme under Section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 for:

• the reconstitution of the Waveney, Lower Yare, and Lothingland Internal Drainage Board to reduce the number of elected members of the Board to 9
• any matters relating to or following from that reconstitution
