Details

The direct award franchise agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and Virgin Rail Group Limited and West Coast Trains Limited dated 5 February 2018.

The contract with Virgin Rail Group Limited and West Coast Trains Limited was announced by the Transport Minister on 5 February 2018. This agreement replaces the previous West Coast Direct Award 2014 franchise agreement.
