Northampton, together with Daventry and Towcester, has been identified by central Government as a prime location for growth that will attract significant new investment from both the private and public sectors.

West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (WNDC) was established in December 2004, and is developing a framework that will set out how the regeneration of West Northamptonshire will be achieved. This publication sets out the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
