A request was made for information on how many times the Highways Agency’s Whistleblower Organisation (WBO) has been contacted by employees since 2006; the number of complaints upheld; how the CFC measure the levels of satisfaction of those who had cause to complain to WBO. In response, Highways England provided the information requested.
