Whole Business Claim Declaration form: Countryside Stewardship
If you are an agreement holder with multiple Countryside Stewardship agreements, use this form to make a whole business claim declaration for 2022.

Details
The Whole Business Claim Declaration form is only required for agreements that have a start date on or before 31 December 2021.
Requirements mean that as well as submitting a separate claim for each of your agreements, you must also make a whole business claim declaration to cover all of the management agreements registered to your SBI.
(Capital only agreements are not covered by this requirement.)
What you need to do
You must fill in and submit your declaration before midnight on 16 May 2022. All the details must be correct before we can pay your claims. To do this, on the form you need to:
- list the agreements registered to your SBI. Please do not include capital only agreements
- indicate in the appropriate column whether you are submitting each individual claim online or on paper
- sign and date the declaration
- return the declaration by email to:ruralpayments@defra.gov.uk or post it to:
