This tells you who the Adjudicator can consider a request for review or an escalation of a complaint from:

  • a claimant to the Windrush Compensation Scheme, or an authorised representative
  • the authorised representative of a deceased person’s estate

It also tells you what type of things the Adjudicator can and cannot consider.
