This document provides a progress update on West Midlands Combined Authority’s (WMCA) City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) programme between 2023 to 2024.

WMCA submitted this report to DfT in May 2024, before the change of government and significant updates to the CRSTS programmes.

CRSTS provides funding for local transport networks to 8 city regions across England through 5-year settlements. See CRSTS: confirmed delivery plans and funding allocations for more information.
