This Work and Opportunities for Women (WOW) report identifies entry points for integrating gender equality into the design of British High Commission Dar Es Salaam’s 5 programmes:

  • Dar es Salaam Urban Resilience programme
  • Modern Energy Cooking Services (MECS) in Tanzania programme
  • Transforming Energy Access (TEA) in Tanzania programme
  • Enhancing Seasonal Climate Forecasts and Early Warning Systems in Tanzania
  • Corridors for Growth (C4G) programme

The report addresses how each programme contributes to the 4 pillars of the British High Commission’s climate and environmental strategy. It outlines the potential opportunities and entry points for each programme in integrating gender equality.
