Information about how we have adjusted referrals to Work Programme providers following reviews of their performance.
Documents
Details
The adjustment affects referrals to the Work Programme. We review the performance of Work Programme providers and adjust referrals so that the highest performing provider receives an increased share and the lowest performing provider a decreased share.
We have diverted 5% of referrals in the relevant payment groups in affected contract package areas to the highest performing provider from the lowest performing provider.
Work Programme provider guidance chapter 2, annex A, explains the “Payment Groups” referred to in the tables.
Latest adjustment
Following a review of performance in the 12 months ending 31 March 2016, we adjusted referrals from 26 September 2016.
