   Revised version of chapter 6 (now version 2, dated 15.11.2018) - revised information about the Labour Market Decision Making team for Work Programme sanction referrals and re-compliance notifications.

   Added a chapter that has not been published before - chapter 4b: safeguarding and vulnerability. This is version 1, dated 09/04/18.

3. 15 August 2018
