This document gives employers of all types and sizes a tool for carrying out workplace health needs assessments, and provides practical workplace health advice.

A health needs assessment is a simple way to gather anonymous information about the health of a company’s workforce, and provides a baseline of data to track progress against.

It helps employers to understand where to organise investment in staff health and well-being, especially beyond the basic legal health and safety requirements.
