Adverse findings are made in terms of s26(1)(a), s26(1)(b), s26(1)(c)(iii), s26(1)(e), and s26(1)(f} of the Act. The operator’s good repute is tarnished. but not lost. The licence is suspended under s26(1) of the Act for a period of 21 days with effect from 23:45 hours on 28 October 2022.

The following undertaking, agreed to by the operator, is attached to the licence:
- The-operator will arrange an independent audit to be carried out by the RHA, Logistics UK, or other suitable independent body by 6 April 2023. The audit will assess the systems for complying with maintenance, drivers’ hours and working lime directive requirements, and the effectiveness with which those systems are implemented. A copy of the audit report, together with the operator’s detailed proposals for implementing the report’s recommendations, must be sent to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner for Wales, Penrallt offices, Ffordd Pafiliwn, Caernarfon, LL55 1BN by 20 April 2023.
