  • revoked the Operator’s Public Service Vehicle (“PSV”) Operator’s Licence with effect from 11:59pm on 30 November 2020
  • found that Steven John Smee was no longer of good repute and disqualified him from acting as a Transport Manager for an indefinite period with immediate effect
  • issued Matthew Turley a formal warning without further regulatory action
