These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.

The complaint is from an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) stating that Soco International Plc, a UK company, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

The NGO, based in Switzerland, is WWF International.

This complaint was resolved by the parties reaching a mediated agreement.
